Delivery Policy

1. General Information

 

Please note that all orders are subject to availability and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Items placed in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

 

Upon delivery of the order, you may be required to sign for the delivery note. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for the delivery note. You need to keep the receipt of the delivered order for reference, in case of future discussions with us about it.

 

2. Delivery Location

 

For the time being, our website's shipping module can only cater for orders that are to be delivered to addresses in Sarawak, Malaysia. As we are constantly upgrading our website to create a great shopping experience for you, we will soon make shipments to Sabah, West Malaysia and overseas available through our website. Until then, please contact us for external arrangements of orders that require shipments to any destination outside of Sarawak at 086-333 382 or websale@gucini.com.my.

 

We shall deliver the order's product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order. Please note that it might be difficult for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for the cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

 

3. Delivery Time

 

The delivery time is subject to stock availability. For the ready stock products, unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 working days of the date of your order. While for the pre-order products, it may take about 2 to 3 months from manufacturing to delivery. Working day means Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

The delivery time is to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order, carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the products ordered. Your products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 

 

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight (or volumetric weight for large items) of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

 

 

5. Damaged Items in Transport
